I just need one more set of directions and then I'll beat the game! This time the directions are to the blacksmith south of Gidolan keep(I REALLY do not want to wander around aimlessly in that area)Where is he?

The old dwarf is 1 screen north, and 1 screen east of the South Coast Tunnel Entrance. If you have not found that yet, then your best bet is to head southeast from Fantrima, and when you get to the coast hug it as you make your way southwest. You will pass by a cave that has the War Axe of Misery in it(although you won't be able to get it, only see the chest, as the cave that lets you get it is south across the river). One screen west of this cave there will be a bridge to cross the river. Cross the river and head south through the trees to the southern bend of the river. The dwarf lives on this screen and is in the middle of the southern clump of trees. The entrance through these trees is on the southwest side.
Heh, as an aside, I couldn't remember how to get there from memory. So I downloaded the POG world map to get my bearings(and of course had to get stuffit for windows so I could open the file on my pc at work, heh). Nice map, but man, I'm glad I didn't spend the time to put it together. heh.

Maybe I lied about one final direction this time it'll REALLY be the final direction. I've read that the blue mushroom is somewhere north of the Nohrga village, but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell me where it is

The blue mushroom is very close to Nohrga village. 1 north in fact. It is hidden however. The mushroom is inside a cave which is behind a waterfall which is hidden by a secret path through the trees. If you go to the top of the screen and head south the trees will narrow to a funnel shape on both the east and western sides. Just above where they narrow will be a large rock. Walk to the forest on the west side of the rock and start "poking around" until you fall through the tree line and begin walking west through the trees. You will eventually come out next to a pool and a waterfall. Walk up to the waterfall from the eastern shore and walk into it. You will enter the cave and the mushroom will be easy to find.
