Comprehension is mine! So this is kind of like a more complicated version of risk, with a storyline? I am confused as to how we can win or lose in combat... Maybe someone could provide a link to an older webstory so I could fully understand. View Post
Actually, it sounds more like Diplomacy than Risk mixed in with the old Play by Mail games that sprung up with Avalon Hills' Tactics II way back when and then burst into full bloom during the heyday of RPGing in the late 70s and 80s. Yes, Coyote realizes that he's dating himself, but <shrug> there it is... So - depending on which "side" we take, how are production points allocated - and (quite important to the Coyote), how are the results of battles determined? Inquiring minds want to know, no?
Gib mir Schokolade und niemand wird verletzt sein!
No. Im pretty sure the battles are not pre-determined, but i would ask -REDCHIGH-.
Yeah, I would agree with Nelsonic.
Traditionally battles are decided by the players involved unless they cannot agree, in that case a moderator looks at the event and decides what would most likely happen. Sometimes a moderator will interfere even when the players are willing to let something pass.
Ah.
No need for two threads doing the same thing, use the OOC discussion thread.
