Secret Cheat Dialogue

I was browsing through the data files for EVO, when I stumbled upon something called, "SECRET CHEAT DIALOGUE!" Does anyone know what this does? it asks for a password.....

It makes people who are looking around the game in ResEdit think that there's some sort of special cheat.
