So its been a long time since Ares: Override was announced and its still not finished. But today you get to take a peak at some of the work that has been done. This demo is one single player only level, the final will have multiplayer and single player levels. Have fun.

Its a plugin for Ares. If you don't own Ares you can't use this.

I have Ares, but the ifles it has are confusing and have no type or creator code.
Drag the plugin file onto the Ares application. That will make Ares use the plugin instead of the standard scenarios.
Sorry for rising a dead thread, but a friend of mine downloaded A:O and the files were empty. No ships, no levels, no nothing...
It should be fine. Maybe try decompressing it again?

My friend downloaded it twice. and both times nothing. Anyone else have this problem?
What OS is your friend running, because I think only 10.3's built in zip utility will decompress the file right..
As far as i know he is running OS X.3.3
I should probobly ask him though. Thanks.
You're welcome, if he need it I can use Stuffit to compress the demo.
