Yes, I know this has been asked before, but the answers I found in the search don't work.
I know that in order to get the North Tip Renegade Missions, you have to be an offender in the Hizdriar system and go to the bar there. I did that several times and got nothing. Then I tried several times as a criminal, and several times more as a felon. Still nothing.
I have not done any Miranu or Zachit missions; the only missions I have done are Voinian missions up to supply carrier and all of the Captains of Freeport missions.
Anyone know why I'm not getting the mission? Thanks.

You need to have done the first Miranu mission (Diplomatic Relations) and have a combat rating of 3200.

I have a deadly combat rating, and I saw that I needed at least Excellent, so that's ok. The problem is the Miranu mission. I wanted to do Reign of the Voinians this game, so I can't do that mission. Oh well.
