Help with Agadzri

Im starting to lose it....I have a deadly rating, an upstanding citizen status in all the agadzri worlds. I have two missions that i'l always get: Evacuation, and raids. I have gone to Xarnes with a mission to take cargo there(increase my chances i hope) and still I can't get any other missions. What am i doing wrong!?!?!?

Sounds like it's the Stror mission, you need to let the fighter escape, sometimes it takes a few tries, it gets killed very easily
I seem to remember aborting the mission and getting it again sometimes works, but make a copy of your pilot just in case

I let the dude escape-then I evacuated ppl to the Chak system. Then he said I had access to all Adzgari tech. I have been getting evac and raids missions for a while, but can't seem to get the revolutionary shield device mission, that everyone tells me I'll get on Xarnes or Molar. Yet, I have't, and I have done EVERYTHING.
