Now, do you need an ultimate rating to do all of the strings? Becasue I will do a few, and then they will disappear, and it is really pissing me off. I have started about 3, and after a few they just stop showing up. i.e

Check the 3rd planet in the Emalghia System. The planet that is red colored. A mission should pop up from there.
Zidagar Mission String- Maybe Outpost Plogok or random Zidagar planets with a bar.

Yeah, i have been checking that little red moon for a few years (game time) now, but nothing shows up. I am using a plugin that i created with the game (EVO on EVN), but it doesn't alter anything except a ship, and a few outfits, and i put a new Pers. I don't think that should affect it...
