You need to work on you status in the system until the little red moon will let you land. When you first get there, it's forbidden. Beat up some Voinians, than land and go to the bar.

I can already land on the moon and I've tried the br many times but I still get nothing. Yes I'm sure it Gurado o rwhatever wher there military is stationed.
