Hey the only other systems i can find that arent UE are systems that are either hostile to me or forbidden can you tell me where there are systems that arent UE and arent hostile?

Blah. I thought that if you could about tell the numbers of systems (4 to 8), I could tell exact amount of them. Plus, I dont believe in vague helping.
