Ok, I have the quest where I need to get the shield, I talked to the blacksmith. He said to go to witches finger, and I'm there. Is it at the shop(there are 2 shields there) or is it in a cave or something? Please respond quickly.

There should be a option to buy a special shield (its not in her store), I think she asks for 3000 for it.
