Plug-In Help

I'd like to make plug-in.

I know how to make one, I've made tons of them in the past.

But I'd like to know an unused Tech Level for a new Station..

The Special Tech level. Also, I guess I can find it in the Documents, but what's the 'Cool' value of a stellar?

Cant tell you a unused tech level. Theres too many of them (hundreds planets). Not a special tech either. The Cool value means you how high record you have to have before youre allowed landing; -1 and below is how bad record you have to have before youre denied landing. This sort of stuff goes better at EV Developers Corner.
