For further information you can consult the EVO Data File 1 which states that you require an AvailRating of 6,400 to be offered the Investigate Abduction mission on New Toronto in the Talii system. 6,400 corresponds to a Dangerous combat rating according to the EVO Bible for 1.0.2

Now, now. In a while, it will be the only website with mission info for every single string in the game, and I can promise you that as I was the one that typed all of those missions out.

I didn't know I could cause such controversy! Too bad none of you replied with your own ship buying guidelines. In fact, I daresay this topic is officially highjacked.

And, incidentally, that's exactly what the relevant (url="http://"http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/~dsghosh/evosite/missionsuemil2.html#178")mission description(/url) on my site has said since I wrote it. I think Cade Smart might have remembered it wrong; I don't recall any missions in EV:O requiring a Worthy of Note rating, actually.
(kauthor: Don't worry, I am working on what I told you about. Will upload when I have completed something of a milestone. :))
<edit> Ope, how can the info on the site be outdated? EVO hasn't been updated since before I started working on it! </edit>

I took a look on the link and saw I remembered it wrong. /me blushes. What are you working on, Voinian missions? And when can you upload it? First days of April?
That is exactyl correct, General. Voinian, then Emalgha, then the rest of the missions that I gave him.

I'll try later this week. I'm actually working on a very large class project right now -- trying to get a pretty huge chunk of it done over spring break (2000 lines of very low-level C right now and I'm not even halfway done :frown:) -- but I am working on the site as a background process. You'll notice that I update the site much more often when I'm not being crunched by classwork ...

Ill wait to Sunday. You had a computer project? 2000 lines of very low-level C, not even halfway done? Aww. :frown: How did you take such a large project then? Good that youre working in background, we cant just see it... Youre crunched by classwork? Haha. It sounds as if it would eat you.

It's for a senior-level design class, probably the biggest class I'll ever take here ...
EDIT: (url="http://"http://www.ece.cmu.edu/~ee545")this(/url) is the class web page if you're interested. ------------------ Visit my EVO web site at (url="http://"http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/~dsghosh/evosite")http://www.evoverride.com(/url)! Where can I find you and and your project at the page? Senior? Are you middle aged already?

Our project isn't on the page, though it will be after the semester. I'm a junior right now, but not really middle aged ... I'm a couple years younger than most of the juniors.
