There are reasons why people delete posts. Wrong topic, lack of understanding of the topic at hand, or it was just plain stupid.
It's best to just forget about these things. And if someone deletes a post, they don't want people asking why. It just makes things difficult.

You're most likely speaking of baron-of-zen, right? I remember him posting an excellent mod version of the zidara some time ago. He now goes by the username Vigilantism and frequents at the Image Gallery. His listed e-mail is baron66@earthlink.net.
