I just started playing EVO, and I have just one question. How do you start the UE storyline?

Ok I fugured that out already. I just beat the part where you have to take this guy from Pax station and bring him back somewhere (i forget). After I complete that mission, I cant seem to find any other missions that involves the UE. Where are the other missions? What do I have to do to get them?

I believe you are talking about the Paaren Station missions, and you have so far rescued the Voinian defector, if I follow you properly.
I believe the next mission can be picked up at Earth, but if you can't find it there, just keep checking bars in UE space. Eventually you will find the next thread of the Paaren plot.
