Easy (well, theorectically anyways). Accept mission. Engage Dreadnaught. Disable Dreadnaught. Abort Mission. Board Dreadnaught. Capture Dreadnaught. I like two word sentences.

I think it might be possible to get the DREADNOUGHT as an escort.
You disable it and tell the four destroyers to occupy themselves with something else...during that time you board the ship and get all his ammo, cargo , money (Maybe, you never know) and TRY to capture it.

Probably best to try capturing it right away, you have a higher chance of succeeding that way.

You must be referring to the Salvo Rocket Launchers. As for the enhanced neutron turret, I don't remember if it had an outfit or not, I think it did. Anyways, the enhanced neutron turret can be very devastating.
