Does every single person in the world use plugins?!?!?!? What is the dilio here guys?!?! I think its cheating! Mwuhaha, so, is all the stuff on the boards and stuff, is that all based on plugins? cuz if it is....... I play the game with no plugs, and i was wondering if you can still so all the cool stuff you guys all talk about on the boards and stuff

People would usually rather you post in your other topic, instead of starting a whole new one.
Anyway, plug-ins aren't all just cheats. Some are TC (Total Conversion) plug-ins. The TC plug-ins make an entirely new universe. Other plug-ins are just add-ons to EV/O/N. They may add a few missions, or a few new planets.
It's good to explore all kinds of plug-ins. If you have finished the game, what's wrong with souping up your ship? It just adds to the fun. You don't have to though, it's completly of ones choice. Not everyone has to use plug-ins if they don't want to, and I'm sure there are many people who don't use plug-ins.
No, the boards are not based only on plug-ins; they are based on the real game.
