Get an 'ultimate' combat rating and hang around in Miranu space.
Also, there's a little box marked 'edit' above all posts. Click it.

i get killed at the renegade places and by the voinians too im not even going to attempt to do the dreadnought because i would die really fast. and my claoking device i lost as well as my needle jammer because i was saving up for the destroyer so the UES Ipswich mission will be hard. any suggestions?

I don't know if you've got past this stage and moved onto the Strand mission strings yet, but if I were you, I wouldn't take a save-up-to-become-incredibly-powerful attitude to the Voinian Dreadnought missions. It's quite early on in the game because it's intended to be undertaken while you're still in a mediocre ship. This mission is difficult, but not impossible, and shame on anybody who feels they must be in an Azdara with the experimental shield generator, a heavily upgraded Igazra, or a United Earth cruiser to complete this mission.
I did it in a UE Fighter all but one time, in which I completed the mission in a Crescent fighter (which was, not surprisingly, easy).
Don't get caught in the trap of taking the easy route!
