Very very bad

Anytime i now want to play F25 i get a message saying that there is not enough memory so i put the memery up but i still get the same message. I then downloaded it again thinking that there might of been a problem with on of the plugins but the same thing keeps happin.
Alsoif you have the answer to this problem email me at adamdemery@hotmail.com as my bigpond address nolonger works i can't change it!!

Sounds strange. Maybe you should send a mail to the author. He's not browsing the boards that much, so it might be the easiest way to get hold of him

I'd like to be able to utter a magic word and make your problem go away, but the closest I can get to that is to ask you a couple of questions so I understand your dilemma a little better:

First, how much memory exactly are you putting in?

And second, what versions of EVO and F-25 are you using?

I had the same problem with the Star Wars plug. My problem was I just didnt have enough memory left to use. Check to see how many bytes you have left

Do that, and when evo has problems with memory, sometimes it is because of corrupt plugs (or at least in my experience), try pitching any other plugs you might have in the folder, hope this helps

Evo itself is getting 100 mbs pumped into it with 467mb left over to run any other apps. I'm running version 1.1 of evo and i don't know what version of f-25 i was running as it now has been placed in the trash.

A few tips:

100MB is too much. Try 40 at a maximum - too much memory can screw Override up just as much as too little.

Upgrade to 1.0.2

Make sure you have F-25 version 2.0 or greater - big differences.

Ok i have upgraded to evo version 1.0.2
and downloaded F-25 version 2.0. I have also put the app memory to 40mbs but it still does not work what the hell is wrong with it.

Check your available RAM, not just your HD space. I don't know how much EVO needs, but it might not have enough. I don't know what to tell you to do if it doesn't.

"Not Enough Memory" is a standard EVO error message for a multitude of problems. If you're pumping memory into it and it still gives you the same message, open F25 in an editor like ResEdit or EV-Edit. Who knows? You might find and fix a crippling error.
