All it is is a small, unremarkable moon with a jabbery old Voinian on it. It is not interesting in any way, just mildly humorous.

I say the old Voinian is the great Borb himself. I haven't seen anything regarding the life-span of Voinians, so it's not impossible. Perhaps after becoming the greatest hero of Voinian history, he became involved with a rather homely secretary and was quietly 'retired' to his very own moon. Any other theories?
