You would, yes. SAEs are a waste of time a lot of the time even when you can buy more ammo in my opinion.
The Igazra is, however, a good upgrade from the Crescent Warship if you can get rid of the SAE modules and launchers. I've never really liked the UE Cruiser (too slow).
