Speaking of Player Stats

What do the actual stats mean? I'm playing the normal (with out trinity plug in) game and at level 22, my character only has strength of 18 or so. How do people get strengths in the hundreds and what does that mean?

Thanks.

You find Witch Finger Island and use your hard earned loot from monster killing to buy stat potions from her. They are NOT cheap, but are well worth it! I am at level 26, but I can kill a sea giant with 5 hits. Those Rings of Gods are worth 30K at the right places(Not WFI, BTW)
The strength and dexterity determine how hard you hit and how well you defend yourself.
Luck-helps you get Rings of Gods from Giants more often.
Vitality-How far up your HP goes when you level up-when I went from 25 to 26 with vitality of 202, my HP went from 222 to 418. From 24 to 25 w/vitality of about 80-90, from 160 to 222.
Marksmanship- Good if you use the Elven Bow, I prefer the Runic Sword to make my Giant Burgers 😉
As AAC says, undead and mind don't mean much to me, just go slash and hack and kill fast!
I don't know how they can help in Trinity, I have not found the time to play it 5-8 hours aday like before!

im at level 23 and can kill a sea giant i 2 hits 😄

you can also get skill potions - although very rarely - from the treasure piles (rock piles, dirt piles, bags, and chests) that are scattered all throughout the kindom of Garendall. a good way to get them is to stand right by a rock pile but dont walk over it. save your file, then walk over it. if you dont get a potion, load your game and walk over it again. it should take long, the longest ive ever speant by a single rock pile is 15 minutes. do it only with rock piles because you have much better chances with them then with bags, chests, or dirt piles. one file i had was at level 5 and had 74 stamina because of this.

as for what all the stats mean:

Dexterity: determines how often you hit your enemy with melee weapons and how often the enemy hits you. the higher you get this, the more often youll do damage and the less often an enemy does damage

Strength: determines how much additional damage you do when you attack. must be over 15 to do extra damage. ex.: if you have 17 strength, you will do 2 extra points of damage on top of the damage you regularly do with your weapon

Vitality: determines how much extra life you get when you level up. the higher this is, the more stamina you gain per level up.

Speed: REALLY needs explaining

Marksmanship: determines how often you hit an enemy with a ranged weapon

Luck: determines how much booty you get from defeating enemies or from walking over treasure piles.

Undead Protection: protects you from damage dealt by undead creatures

Mind Protection: protects you from Mindhunters ( the blue guys in the molespider cave with the Elven Bow of Destruction)

Undead and Mind Protection are only available from items that you equip. you cant get potions for them.

hope this helps!!
