This question may well have already been asked and answered on this board, and I apologize if this is the case. Given the load times on this forum, however, it's simply not feasable for me to search through every topic.
At the end of the slave trade mission (at least I think it's the end) I bring the evidence from New Venus to Earth. Once there, I am then instructed to head to Devore where I will be contacted in a month or so. I've never made this contact, and I'm wondering if I've made a mistake somewhere. The red arrow never leaves Sol 3, and as for Devore, I've looked in the bar and checked the mission computer for messages, and I'm just stumped. I've continued to check Earth for more info as well, but have yet to find anything at all.
And one minor, unreleated question: Whenever I accept the first Alien Wreck mission from the mission comp, EVO either freezes or quits, even when I have quicktime movies turned off and/or removed. Is this a common error, or just a glitch on my system?
Any help on either topic would be greatly appreciated.

DON'T abort the slave trade mission. It WILL complete, just have patience and do other missions. It completes on Devore eventually.

Thank you, that helps. I've already had to restart once because I aborted a mission, and your admonishment about aborting missions tells me that it's something I should avoid in this plug-in. Again, thanks.

As Mazca said, it's very important to never abort missions in Frozen Heart or Femme Fatale. The storyline is quite involved, and you will find you have to complete other plot-furthering missions (which may at first seem entirely unrelated) before other ones can continue. As for the quicktime movies, I had the same problem. It's been a while, and I can't remember quite how I resolved it. Make sure you have the latest versions of EVO and FH, at any rate, and give EVO more memory. Other than that it may be hit and miss - I seem to remember backing up my pilot file and trying several times to get the mission accepted without crashing EVO. Hope you get it worked out.

The answer to the QuickTime issue is in the read me. You do not need to go hit and miss.

Indeed, I had already surmised that I seem to fall under the category described in that readme as "hideously unlucky." I never did get the issue fully resolved (it froze sometimes even when I had quicktime switched off, and all of the movies removed, and the quicktime component plug as well) but it no longer matters, as I managed to complete the plug nonetheless. Thank you all for the assistance.
That answers my questions too...Thanks everyone, guess i will not abort that mission now!
Yessir, I just started playing FH seriously and I think it's incredible!
