In the mission where you have to take down "The Hawk" in Devore, I did so successfully, but now devore considors me a proven felon and other non-aligned planets have turned red as well. What happened and how do I restore my status?

For the "The War is Over" mission that i picked up investigating Emile's death on Sahara, it says I should "Collect my possessions (5 tons) and return to earth)" Well I've gone to earth and sahara and devore and back, but nothing is happening. So you've been engaging in a pitched battle over the skies of Devore, and subsequently you took down a Devorian government ship to release some of their prisoners...
I suspect you may have annoyed them -- the Devorian government is (or was) after all, particularly intolerant.
As far as the next lot of missions are concerned, look around to see if there is any archaeology stuff, or if you can bump into any old friends.

Thanks! This game is awesome and the opening music rocks too, thanks for designing it for us all to enjoy. (I just figured it out that you were the one who created it) (right?) One more question...is there only really one storyline to follow? As in are there possible rigel and magellan missions to do? Or is it all intertwined in one main plotline?
One big plotline. You might find yourself getting involved with the Rigellian Empire, but not in the way you get involved with the Confederates or Rebels in EV. What's more, when you finish Frozen Heart, Femme Fatale is just waiting to take you in. A whole new perspective on life in the 28th century.
