Beyond the Crescent...help!

I have been given the mission to "unlock the door." Just where is this doorway?
I have looked in both Kelmaon systems and have found nothing. Can anyone help me?

Check the Kelmaon near Azdgari space. There should be a Lazira called "Gadzooks!". Kill it.
