BattleDoctor was in his office, reading over some tedious paperwork about the results of a recent election on Durala. He was thankful for the interruption as his aide's voice rang out over the intercom saying, "Sir, the Raiek diplomats are here to see you now. Shall I show them in?"
"Yes. Let them in." replied BattleDoctor.
As the two Raiek entered his office, BattleDoctor paused and stared for a second. As he remembered that the Raiek only looked like the Prylak invaders from 20 years ago, BattleDoctor relaxed. Spreading his arms in a show of welcoming them in, BattleDoctor said, "Ah, our allies the Raiek have arrived. Please, take a seat gentlemen."
"We are honored that you would see us, Emperor BattleDoctor. We thank the Galactica Imperium for its' hospiltality."
"We welcome the Raiek with open arms. Anyway, what has brought you to the Svass system?"
"As you know, the Raiek are not well liked with by many nations, and recently the Confederate Alliance has been added to the list of those who would like to see us gone." BattleDoctor's expression turned sour when he heard the Raiek mention the Alliance, but brightened up as the Raiek continued. "We have come to discuss and exchange of technology."
"I have heard much about your technology from some of my Admirals who were at Molar. Your Thoron Beams in particular are very nice."
"Yes, the Heavy Thoron Beam is a devastating weapon. The crew on our Lazerus warships tell great tales of the prowess of your Gravity Emitters."
"Perhaps we could exchange these technologies. It would be beneficial to both of us, helping us both work to defeat our enemies."
The Raiek diplomat paused and said, "Heavy Thoron Beams are heavily guarded Raiek navy technology. Maybe if you included your Electronic Countermeasures systems in the deal?"
BattleDoctor thought for a second, then responded, "Done. Send a freighter with a few scientists and Heavy Thoron Beam plans, and when it arrives at Galactica Station I will send a few Gravity researchers and the plans for Gravity Emitters." BattleDoctor looked at the clock and said, "I am sorry, my friends, but there are many pressing affairs of state that I must attend to. I have a press conference in ten minutes. I have enjoyed talking to you."
BattleDoctor stood up and shook hands with the Raiek diplomats as his aide showed them out.

OOC: BattleDoctor, I sent a scout wing of Phantoms to Svass, not some armored tanks or the like. Phantoms are completely unarmed. I just think you were unreasonable about your response, but it could be me.
In case of any confusions about my Gen. II ships, all my old ships will still be in service, just with tucharium armoring. Only the ships I noted will have their weapons changed.

Moiraine read over the Skraine's message. She decided to demonstrate Phyrexia's Fusion Beam to them. It wasn't as if they were the only ones with the technology; Galactica undoubtedly still had the schematics locked away in a warehouse somewhere...

We would be glad to demonstrate our Fusion Beam to you. Send a few ships to Hoth IV; we will demonstrate Phyrexia's beam, as it is currently the only ship equipped with it.
The Machine Gun was nearly complete, as was the Daemon's upgrade. The Skraine's Plasma Shields had arrived; they would be incorporated into the design for the Charon Supercarrier. Construction on Station Keld, the battlestation in Hoth IV, was beginning. Tests on the Sijak fighter engines were showing that they were more powerful than the Tribunal had ever imagined. If they could somehow be combined with the Plasmator's engines, the Tribunal could have one hell of a fast frigate. Asriel liked that idea.
