Hey y'all! I got the Captains of Freeport plugin and updater, but when I unstuffed them, I got the same warning message for each: "The integrity of the resource fork of "(plugin/updater)" could not be verified. Use this file with caution." Since I do not know how to fix resource forks, what should I do?
Thanx Ace

Maybe it's still in Bin-Hex? Maybe you didn't use Stuffit 5.5? Maybe you should try downloading it again? Maybe it didn't finish all the way...

Thanx for responding, RC! No, it's not still in Bin-Hex. I unstuffed it using Stuffit Deluxe 6.0. I got the files from their creator, 'cause I can't find them anywhere else. I'll let y'all know what happens. I tried using EVFStripper/EVO Cat on it to get the mission...info, but what I get back is a message saying there is a resource missing.

Yeah, well, thanks for trying, anyway. I've sent an e-mail to the creator (David Wong-Faull) explaining everything. Maybe he can help. It would be a shame to have to toss it out.
BTW: How'd you come up w/ a name like that? I like it!
Thankx, Red. Ace
