I need to get rid of my UE fighter bay on my cruiser but I can't find ANY system that i can sell it in. Does anyone know a system that has UE fighter bays?

He's right! You can't sell them, but just sell the fighters and get mass expantions. The same thing applies for the Zidagar fighter bay, that you cannot buy and to the Azdara bay that you can buy but not sell (correct me?). I do not remember for the Voinians heavy fighter bay.

Yeah - the only non-generic bay you can buy is the Azdara one, without plugins; and the only bay you can sell is the CF one. But as I'm now able to use plugins on the better emulator, I've got ones to buy / sell the Zidagar, UE and Voinian bays, and I've made it so the Krait bay can be sold. My current plan is to try and make the Turncoat a useful ship with that extra 50 tons and no bay - yay :)!
I would keep the UE Fighters. You never know when you might need them in the cresent. They are also the most powerful anti voinian weapon.
I agree with jubee. As long as you got the fighter bay and can't sell it, use it!

You can't sell any of the fighter bays, exepting the cresent fighter, and Krait bays. There are however a number of plugins that allow you free access to purchase and sell these bays.

Actually you can't sell the Krait bay. If you buy it, you're stuck with it.

Mighty power of the Igadzra? BEEEEEP WRONG. Zidaras w/ Zidagar Fighter Bays have been known to reduce Igazras to a mere 20% shields, and that's only AI vs. AI. You could take down an unupgraded Igazra in an unupgraded Zidara with proper stragety. And swarms of little Azdaras, plus an Azdgari Warship, ganging up on an Igazra, can actually disable and destroy it. Even Voinian ships can take on an Igazra single-handedly...capitol ships any way. Voinian Frigate with some speed upgrades and Dospect, an extra turret....No more Igazra

I have to admit there, that an Azdgari swarm can destroy an Igazra, no problem, but I dought the fact that Vionians can desroy it "single-handedly".
