Are there any good Emalgha appreciation missions out there? Any plugs that continue their story? I love those guys- And, anyone notice that there are 2 Kelmaon systems? One is in Emalgha space, and the other is out on the other side of the map with the Azdgari (did I spell that right? I usually don't-) My question is, is that a coincidence, or are the Azdgari particularly fond of a certain little empire, and decided to name some waste-of-space system out there after them in a subtle move to flatter and win them over? Am I just eager to see someone go out of their way to help the Emalgha? Maybe it's just me- And... maybe I should create a new topic for this, but I'll keep it here- wouldn't it be nice if they expanded the engine so that races actually on occasion manage to invade systems on their own? Or weaken the business of one race in a system? Or even make combined fleets? I mean, with all the hounding some races do on some systems, you'd think the defenders would eventuall wear down. Of course, if any of this were possible, then plug-ins would be much more difficult to make, not ever knowing whether or not a system is owned by a particular race. But it would be cool if your everyday acts, like trading and killing, effected the status of the empires. Reminds me of back when I'd keep selling medical supplies to New Calcutta, and was astounded how it didn't solve the problem, or at least put me on the UE government's good side-

The two Kelmaon systems are an opening for plug-makers should they choose to use it, similar to the Council. While I don't know of any plugs that specifically take the Emalgha missions further I can say that the plug-in Beyond The Crescent deals with there being two Kelmaon systems. It's a pretty nice plug-in.

Actually, a "plugin source" would be a better description. I've noticed many requests for plugins which expand the Emalgha gameplay, and it's my wish to provide graphics which assist plugin developers in doing so. I'd like to create a graphic expansion set for the Emlagha, composed of maybe seven or eight ships (including re-makes of the original vessels).

Partly true, EVula. Some shipyards sometimes charge for their work, and while I would buy a set or two, I sadly lack the money to do so at this time.

Yeah, I thought about saying that, but saying as they are vastly outnumbered by free shipyards, I decided against it.

Eternal Flame Ltd. has had an Elmalga plugin on the developing sheet for a while, there was a prottype plug created a year or two ago, however certain bugs prevented the plug from making a debut. With the Eternal Flame's norish plug going into production at that time the Elmalga plug was abandoned. It has yet to be completed. Though now that there seems to be some interest in an Elmalga plug the window has been opened for redeveloping of the Elmalga Plugin.

Good point. I just don't have time to go through each link on a regular basis, see if its there, and if it isn't, try to contact the owner. I will try to delete the bad ones on that page.
However, the point about that being a list of most of the shipyards still stands.

On topic: I've also noticed a lack of plugs increasing the size of the storyline of the Emalgha... as well as graphics.

What sort of break is 5 minutes? I think that one of the shipyards has a redoing of the Emalgha ships,in green. And a Cruiser.They're pretty good.
