So Far I have killed the dreadnought and allied w/ the zachit, gotten past the Miranu gunship, and gotten to the pt where I can buy Idgaras. I have not seen any cutscenes yet, and I was almost positive that there would be one for the Dreadnought. Where are they?

There are none.
Its just an option for plug in creators to add movies into their plugs. But the standard scenario does not include any.

Anyway, I think the plugin New Horizons had movies in it, but I'm not sure. Hell, I'm not even sure its an EVO plug.
