*It's nasty to call people newbies.
*If people had questions,they would post them themselves.They
don't wait for someone to come along and open a questions topic.
*Posting this sort of topic makes people seem arrogant and oversure of their capabilities.
It's a good way to get your Karma lowered.

Give the guy a break. It was probably just a rookie mistake. Every new person on the boards makes a mistake one day. I made many myself. You learn from them and adapt so you barey make them again.
