Voinian fighters are way too clumsy, and the helian is by all rights a light freighter... the game even classifies it that way. The crescent fighter is impossible to upgrade. Nobody in their right mind would fly a krait, ever, for any reason. The zid fighter is decent, but its... just too purple. The UE fighter is all right, and it looks cool. My vote, though, goes to the azdara. Nothing can ever be too fast. It is close with the UE fighter though. An enhanced azdara would win hands down, over anything.

Starkiller: I would think that since you are an administrator at the Spaceport Bar, you'd understand that taking away another person's vote is not exactly fair. Even if you wanted to take away your previous vote, do you blieve the member who voted for the krait would find this fair?

Oh, yes, and no one can possibly vote for the crescent fighter with an upgraded version out there. The zachit fighter is a better color, too.
By the way, there is a solution to this. Someone needs to make an upgraded version of that network game where you can battle in helians, one that lets you choose a fighter at the beginning. Then get the best pilots around, have a tournemant, and the most wins in one type of fighter is the best fighter. Now all we need is someone who actually has enough free time to program that...

Hey, i voted for the krait!!!! lol, im just voting for it because nobody else is. But if you think about it, for the price its not so bad, and it holds a good amount of cannons. Well, it is sure obvious which fighter is more popular, and which fighters aren't. Go Azdara!

The Helian is NOT a fighter. Hell, the courier^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hcargo transport is a better "fighter" than that slow-as-a-dog POS.
It's not necessarily a bad escort -- OK in a fight, cheap if you're hiring, as common as rats if you're capturing, and if one blows up it's not exactly a disaster since there's probably another one in the next system over you can disable and capture.
But even if turning down the adzara doesn't prove one's insanity, choosing to fly the helian as a fighter surely does.
