The rockets don't go as far as to where OV is standing so OV is Ok. OV chucks a homing device onto draco so when he shoots this happens:
OV is the only one who can get the homing device off
Oh, I could control myself if I had to, but why? I haven't seen a good enough reason to stop yet, other than a few people are mildly distressed. If I'm ticking off a bunch of people, then I'll stop. I thought it was pretty funny though.
