Ok peoples, the easy step program for hang-overs is a nice effective tool against the "next-morning syndrome" usually associated from being drunk the previous night. 1st and foremost is to take a nice long shower and jump in it right when you turn it on. This will make you cold until you heat starts kicking in. Get out of the shower and take some head-ache medicine. Next drink plenty of water.
