You need to go to the Miranu Homeworld. It's in the system Mirava or something and you'll take a message to Earth than take it back to the Miranu.

To play as the Azdgari, with their fast ships, go to the very south, hidden in a nebula.
To play as the Zidagar, go northeast from Miranu land to a Zidagar system contaminated with renegades.
To play as the Igadzra, go to the western Miranu lands and search the bars.
And to play the good side, play Zidagar!
