Azdara Ace was in his very first class at Azdara Academy, a complete overview of every miniscule detail of the Azdara. He was told by Rackzra that this class would be 1 month long, and then they would start flying Azdaras. Azdara Ace took copious notes through the whole class, and when the course finished, he had gotten a 97 total. He was 3rd in the class, and one of the Azdgari had gotten a 100 percent.
=================
It was now the first day of piloting an Azdara, and Azdara Ace felt confident that he could handle it . The controls were extremely complex, though, so he would have to be completely focused to not crash. Going up in the first wave was Rackzra and 15 other students. Azdara waved good luck to Rackzra, and mentally went through every single part of an Azdara and the functions of individual parts.
After about 3 hours, Rackzra landed and popped out of his Azdara's hatch. "Azdara Ace! It was great, I have never felt anything like it in my whole life! The trainer wouldn't let us take it up to full power, put I could feel how the ship could go so much faster! It's your turn now, good luck Azdara Ace!"
Azdara Ace got into the cockpit of his Azdara, shaking with nervousness and excitement. He looked around the cockpit, recognizing every control, every button, ever notch. His nervousness then went away as suddenly as it had come. He somehow felt that it was his purpose in life to fly these magnificent spacecraft. As this ran through his mind, the trainer came over the communicator. "Okay trainees, we're going through this step by step, and if you do something that I didn't tell you to do, you'll be kicked out of the academy immediately! Now then, slowly move your power sources up to 50%. Now pull your throttle up to 25%. Now follow me, the red Azdara. By the way, you are currently experiencing only 1/8 of an Azdara's potential speed. Just because you can easily control it at this level of speed does not mean that you will be able to control it at higher speeds. Don't get your hopes up. Every year, 250 Azdgari join the academy, and every year only about 35 of them graduate." Azdara Ace gulped at that last comment, how was he supposed to pass if he wasn't even Azdgari?

You would have to be ignorant, derranged, demented, or dead to turn down the oppurtunity to fly an Azdara.
