The Battle of Sol is over. The United Earth, against superior odds, pulled through the engagement that decided the fate of the human race. The renegades are becoming a rapidly-growing organization, intent to fight the United Earth. Although the Voinians have now been repeled to their original border, the UE now faces a two front war.
Admiral Skyblade, former commander of the Voinian 17th warfleet division which planned and executed the invasion of Sol, was captured by the United Earth Navy. He was released without trial, and taken to the peaceful world of Mirava, where his career as a Voinian Admiral ends. He now seeks personal revenge against the Emperor who enslaived his own race...
It's time for Vengence. Not only for the former Voinian Admiral, but for the entire galaxy. There are stars to explore, and wars to be finished.
Thus begins "When the Voinian Came: Part II." All races are now involved, and our current time places us at the beginning of the Override game.
This was my last message, which was posted in part I. Post away! (Also, we'll need some Voinian players ;))
_Skyblade could tell that he was not welcome in the world of Mirava. Everywhere he looked, his stare was returned with a grim, unwanted face. The Miranu had heard of these Voinian troublemakers, and wanted nothing to do with him. Skyblade knew he needed to leave this place before he found himself again captured by a government for trouble.
After persuading a Miranu captain to allow him to serve aboard his Heavy Freighter, Skyblade had appropriate funds to purchase his own ship within a few months. The Miranu eventually discovered that Skyblade was formerly a warfleet commander, therefore having experience in combat. He was offered a job by the Zachit, and soon, Skyblade was flying a swift fighter against the threatening North Tip Renegades. Not only did he gain the respect of the Miranu and Zachit, but Skyblade made seven fighter kills and one Lazira kill within two weeks. The Zachit were all but surprised to see a being not of their race setting a new combat record...
It was strange to be piloting a fighter once again. When he was forced into the Voinian military fifteen years ago, Skyblade had trained using the slow Heavy Fighters. Now, years later, he was experiencing the use of swift battle tactics and hit-and-run raids using a Crescent Fighter varient. Speed was a word which couldn't be found in the Voinian language...
After Skyblade had collected credits amounting to the muli-millions, he purchased a new vessel known as the "Arada." During this period, he hired several former-Zachit pilot friends of his as escorts, which composed two Aradas and two Crescent Fighters.
As for the moment, Skyblade continued to serve under the Zachit, conducting raids and surprise attacks against the renegades._

After months and moths of agonizing searching, Azdara Ace found a race called the Azdgari. When he first saw them he, he knew that his search was over, he could tell that they were built for speed. However, as he soon learned, finding the Azdgari was the easy part, joining them was something much more difficult. As he learned from conversations here and there, out of all of the races in this regoin of space, the Azdgari and the Zidagar were the least trusting. All of that was bad enough, but then there was the matter of actually flying an Azdara, his ultimate goal. He had done odd jobs here and there for awhile, and finally managed to buy a Crescent Fighter, a huge step foward from a UE Fighter. He christened it Blue Moon
------------------ You would have to be ignorant, derranged, demented, or dead to turn down the oppurtunity to fly an Azdara.
"Vance," Skyblade addressed his most trusted pilot, "It's about time we visit my old enemy, the Emalgha. Perhaps they will soon realize that I do, indeed, want to help them out. Inform the rest of the crew that we will soon be setting course for Emalgha."
"Right away, Sky," Vance Vollorium replied his normal, friendly tone. "We'll be underway shortly."

Azdara Ace sat at a bar on Azdgari, hoping that an oppurtunity to fly an Azdara would arise. It was actually a miracle that he was on Azdgari right now, normally outsiders couldn't land here. But, with a little money, anything is possible. Azdara Ace took another sip of his Azdara cocktail, but spilled it all over himself when a rather large Azdgari with rather large teeth bumped him, on purpose. "We don't like humans! Get out, unless yo want to fight." From the insignia on the Azdgari's shoulder pad, Azdara Ace could tell that he was an Azdara pilot. Then it hit him, this was his oppurtunity. If he could just do this right...."I don't fight Azdgari, only Zidagar and Igadzra. Sorry, but I can't leave either, i want another drink." The Azdgari grinned, "You gonna prove what you just said?" "If necessary." "Let's just say, if you don't prove yourself, you'll be lacking a head." The Azdgari grinned again. The one thing Azdara Ace didn't appreciate about Azdgari was their ruthlessness. "Okay human, we will see where your loyalties lie. Tomorro, in the Calb system, we will be raiding an Igadzra convoy. Be there, or be dead, it's your choice." Azdara Ace's stomach hurt on that last sidenote. "Okay, let me add something in there. If I win, I will be trained in the art of piloting an Azdara!" The large crowd in the bar suddenly hushed, and 80 eyes looked straight at him. "I guess it's a deal." Azdara Ace smiled to himself, he knew that humans weren't supposed to be able to fly Azdaras, but he had to give it a shot.
Skyblade and his small fleet now left the Emalgha system. His mission had been successful: To stir up a rebellion against the followers of the Emperor. It had been hard enough receiving permission to land on the planet, but the fake ID worked perfectly. After speaking at many underground meating rooms and bars, Skyblade was able to prove his hatred against the Emperor, although he himself was Voinian. He encouraged the Emalgha to begin an all-out revolt against Voinian rule. This and the United Earth would put additional pressure on the Voinian Empire...
As Skyblade's fleet left Emalgha, they were interecepted by Voinian warships. A Voinian outpost on Emalgha had reported Skyblade's acts of treasons, and they were mobilizing to capture the man responsible for this. The Voinian fleet was too sluggish to catch the three aradas and two crescent fighters, and moments later, Skyblade's fleet was no longer in the system.
Ok, this is de-ja-vu style, but I'm bringing the old A. 6000 back. Ecxept he's different, because the last one got blown up in the destroyer accident. I'll be a trader. For now at least...
===
A. 6000 was an extremely brave trader. He worked for Frontier Express, and had to do dangerous border deliveries all the time. Today was like all the others. Hyper in, get shot at, deliver the crap, and get paid. He decided to waste a little more time on the next one, though. He would hyper in and then return fire at the Voinians. The stars returned to normality. The ship went under red alert. The missle tubes on top of his Freight-Courier warmed up. He ordered them to be fired.
"Fire missle at nearest bogie!" He said.
The missles impacted the Frigate's hull, and the shields were dropped. another volley of missles from the souped-up Courier pounded away at the Frigate's hull. It was soon disabled. He decided to raid the vessel. They moved over to it slowly, ad were soon draining the fuel tanks. Ton after ton of slush Uranium poured in to the ships thirsty tanks. The then blasted away some of the cargo section and sent workdroids to retrieve the cargo. They then scooted away, and blew it to smithereens. They landed on Outpost Alpha and got slightly richer.

OOC: I'm starting a new character on this. OF can do whatever he wants with the fleet I assembled to attack the new renegade fleet. Also, let's say that the captain of the Incontrevertible wasn't named ESPilot. --------------- Name: ESPilot Race: Strandless (Azdgari) Ship: Crescent Warship Name: S.S. Basilisk Stats: normal stats, +30 shields, +20 armor, +1 turret, no SAD's, 3 Pursuit missile launchers, 35 missiles, +1 Crescent Fighter, all Crescent Fighters have 5 phase cannons, upgraded speed, turning and acceleration --------------
At the bridge of the S.S. Basilisk, ESPilot surveyed the Nadej system. This was unusual....No renegades. But apparently he spoked too soon, when a Renegade Arada entered the system and went for a Heavy Freighter. He grinned his unusually toothy Azdgari grin and said "All right. Fire up the phase turrets, arm all missile launchers, and get those Fighters out there fighting. We're having toasted Arada for dinner tonight." The four fighters were launched, and immediately went after the Renegade Arada. The 20 different Phase cannons all blazing, they swarmed it with their speed and firepower. It's shields diminished fast, and it was finished off by a pair of Pursuit Missiles. It floated disabled, and the Crescent Fighters pounded it with phase cannons until it blew, and returned to the S.S. Basilisk. ESPilot ordered the ship to land and refuel, and get some replacements for the missiles.

Azdara Ace, got in his shiny Crescent Fighter, Blue Moon , and started her up. The startup sequence of a Crescent Fighter was much different than a UE Fighter. Instead of inputing huge passwords, you simply had to place your hand over the controls, and it would start up. Azdara Ace blasted off the ground and through the atmosphere, enjoying every minute of it. He pushed the crescent fighter to it's llimits, trying to get it going as fast as possible. He pushed it up to twice as fast as a UE Fighter, but that was as far as it would go. "Okay, then, time to join a raiding party. I just wish that I didn't have to choose sides so quickly." One thing Azdara Ace missed was the lack of people to talk to. He always found himself talking to himself, it was a little depressing. He hit the hyperspace button, and the stars streaked in front of him.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Finally he made it to the Calbsystem, but he was in for a scary surprise....
Skyblade officially resigned as a captain in the Zachit mercenary anti-renegade force. The last few years had been some of the most exciting, in which many new classes of warships had been revealed. But Skyblade never had the intention of remaining in the Zachit organization for the rest of his military career. He had work to do.
Skyblade now purchased a vessel known as the "Crescent Warship." It carried three of the standard Crescent Fighters, and had a generous supply of secondary weapons. Even a medium warship in the Crescent boasted better performance than Voinian warships...
At last the day had come. Skyblade was happy to hear that the Emlagha people in their homeworld as well as Kelmaon had openly rebelled against Voinian rule. The Empire was now busy fighting a two-front war. This would keep the Voinians busy for quite some time.
Now, Skyblade's mercenary fleet consisted of his own Crescent Warship, one escort Crescent Warship, two Laziras, and three enhanced Aradas. This would be appropriate escort for the trip to Dewe...
In front of Azdara Ace was the Igadzra fleet, complete with two Igazras. "oh my goodness, this can't be good." 12 Azdaras sttreaked past him towards the fleet, and a recognisable voice came on the intercom, "Glad you could join the party, human!" These Azdgari were so fearless, they cut straight into the Igazra, ripping their shields to pieces. Azdara Ace followed in their wake, but there was little to clean up, just a few aradas. In 3 minutes, the battle was over. Azdara Ace had killed 5 aradas, and felt fairly confident that they would let him learn to fly an Azdara now.
Well, the UE is a boring life now, so mind if I change characters? A strand, maybe? Hmm how about Igadzra for a change?

Skyblade and his escorts had just completed loading years worth of supplies on their vessels. The people of Dewe had no clue as to what the former Voinian Admiral had in mind, but he was obviously going on a rather long trip.
Days later, Skyblade's small fleet was in the Raigar system, prepared to explore the worlds and systems that had yet to be touched. It was time to leave the Milky Way as it was currently known. When would he return? Only Skyblade knew the answer to that...
Skyblade's fleet had soon entered hyperspace into the depths of the unknown, just north of the Ji Nebula.
do you guys mind if i join in?

ESPilot was at the bridge of the S.S. Basilisk as it flew through hyperspace. By chance he'd been hired as an escort for a mercenary fleet, led by a person called Skyblade. The ship's cargo was packed to the maximum with supplies for a long journey, but he was pretty sure Skyblade had no clue where they were going, except for general direction. They exited hyperspace into the next system, and ESPilot saw a large planet orbited by two moons. He said over the intercom "Skyblade, do you think we should check it out, or hyperspace to the next system, assuming there is a next system."

North Tip Station: home of the worst Renegades in the universe. Infamous for terrorizing Miranu and Zidagar space, the North Tip renegades were feared, if not respected, by almost everyone in the area.
And now, OctoberFost was their leader. Unlike his many predessors, he was a Miranu, not a strandless, and he would crush his own race once and for all. Or at least he hoped so. First, though, he would have to send a message to the other renegades and to the Miranu that he, the new crime lord at north tip, was capable of organising terrible things against his enemies...

Sure. Make yourself at home...
ESPilot: Oh great, I've got a live character in my fleet.

Skyblade's fleet was now directly north of the Ji Nebula. They had seen no other ships, eith the exception of a few scout vessels days before. They had just stumbled across an unchartered world when Skyblade received ESPilot's comm message.
"Negative S1 (ESPilot's call sign). If you have yet to get my general plan in mind, I intend to circle around the galaxy until we reach the space directly behind the Voinian Empire. With the help of patriotic Voinians, we can help overthrow the Emperor and the fleets that continue to serve under his command. The hard part will be getting Voinians to join our cause..."
Now it all made sense. Skyblade was planning on creating an organized rebellion to overthrow the Emperor and his forces. Of course, this would likely take years...
"You know S1," Skyblade continued, "that the United Earth really paid themself a big favor releasing me. We could perhaps prove to be the biggest ally of the human race. In time."

A. 6000 would never get to Outpost Gamma. He silently defected from FE in the middle of a mission. In stead of heading into the southern Voinian Empire, he would cut north, into 'Miranu' space. Shayborg and his Arada, the Dauntless II , scrambled once again from their base in the Dewe system. Zachit intelligence had informed them that a new leader had taken over the renegades' loose organization on North Tip Station, someone named OctoberFost (how ironic that he shared a name with the Captain of Freeport from so long ago ...), and since then the frequency of attacks had nearly doubled. Apparently, he was an efficient commander; shayborg hadn't faced so much action since those long years taking dangerous runs through renegade space to save time on urgent delivery missions.
As shayborg launched to defend the planet, he reflected on his past at Huron. After Huron had been attacked, ESPilot's group of UE ships had cleared out the system, but they had claimed it in the name of the UE, effectively kicking out the remannts of the HMF forces. They were managing to give some protection to Huron, at least, so shayborg wasn't as bitter towards them as he could have been, but he would jump at any chance to retake Huron in the name of the HMF. It wasn't likely to happen any time soon, though, so he would continue to work for the Miranu at this desolate planet in the northwest of the galaxy for the foreseeable future. It was profitable, and thanks to OF's ascendance, it was exciting enough for him too. With treatment from the physicians at Himgro, shayborg didn't look or act his 50 years; he retained the reflexes of his youth, and was using them to full advantage.
As he approached a renegade Crescent Fighter and the helpless Heavy Freighter it was attacking, shayborg focused on the task at hand. His swivel turrets and pursuit missiles locked onto the weaving fighter. Two well-timed missiles knocked the fighter far out of its pattern of strafing runs, so shayborg could use his phase turrets and swivel cannons without fear of hitting the freighter by accident. A short burst of phase fire finished off the already-damaged fighter, and it only managed a short stream of phase cannon blasts before it exploded spectacularly. Shayborg looked at the rest of the system on his radar to see if anything else needed to be done. Two Zachit Aradas were helping a local Crescent Fighter finish off a Lazira, and the rest of the system seemed to be clear. Shayborg moved back towards the planet. Another half-hour, another attack , he thought wearily, mentally readying himself for the next time. In six hours, his shift would end. He looked forward to that time. A half-hour later, as shayborg checked on the holovid reports of the Zachit group that had gone to Emalgha, another alert came in -- a renegade Crescent Warship. Shayborg sighed, turned off the holovid, and went out again to assist the rest of the Miranu defense vessels and the several Zachit ships that were already attacking the warship. In fifteen more minutes and a tough battle, it was gone as well. Shayborg returned to his post in orbit and waited for the next time. Five and a quarter hours to go ...
