Hey, need some more pointers from all you vets out there. Still playing the same game as last time. I've done the first few missions in the Voinian string, but have now scoured the entire Voinian space three times looking for the continuation. I got up to the point where they gave me the shipping mission, then I couldn't get any more missions. I'm getting frustrated, and am about ready to defect back to the UE and kill the suckers! But I want to play the Voinian stirng, cuz I never have before. Soooo... any hints? Also, I can't find the beginning of the Zidagar string. Any hints, no definite answers necessary, just don't talk yourself in circles and answer in puns. Thanx all!

Zidagar missions are available at Pozdag-3, northeast of Miranu space, where you will be asked to defend the outpost given you have a high enough combat rating and have completed the first Miranu relations mission. I'm not on my Mac right now, so I can't tell you about the Voinian ones.

PS: Vonian string is extremely short. Thought I've not finished it, it could be the very end of the entire thing...unless, of course, it isn't.

Hahahaha! Thanx to shayborg for the blatant aid! I'll definitely check out Pozdag-3. (And yes, I AM sucking up! j/k) As for the Voinians, Kill This With a Forklift, that was incredibly helpful. I now know exactly what I need to do!!! wipes up excess sarcasm that dripped on the keyboard Didn't think the Voinian string would be that short, though. I wanted to KILL some UE'ers and get money for it, since their warships don't carry banks on them. (How do hungry crew members acquire snacks on long voyages? Don't tell me they lack vending machines!!!) Yeah, and puns, I haven't been around long but...long enough.

It isn't. A little more blatant hint -- the next Voinian mission (as Starkiller pointed out) is not on the UE front, but is available instead in a system that starts with a "D", ends with a "n", and has "enlo" in the middle. Better?
Incedently, is there anything after that section of the voinian missions- the bit on the other front?

Yes, there are missions to observe and then attack Verril Prime ... After that, the only way to advance is ROTV.
Sorrry, shayborg, but the first hint I got was enough. Annoying, but basically, I had explored all of Voinian space three times EXCEPT for those two systems to the extreme north fo the territory. Thanx anyway, all. Another question, though. Does the Zidagar string continue after you help the egotistical commander-dude up at the north edge? Haven't been able to grab any continuation. Again, vague hints are welcome and encouraged. You guys are great, I'd hate to spend the next week flying around systems, blowing up pirates, and making no headway. BTW, the Zachit string is tons of fun, even if I didn't get anything out of it!
The Zidagar string has a second half, yes. Keep looking in their bars, and you'll be asked to take something to Outpost Terapin if I remember correctly - the second half of it is much more fun, and you get stuff out of it :).
When you say the Zachit string is fun, did you mean the Zidagar? Or do you just not want to pilot a Miranu Gunship :)?
No, I meant the Zachit, fer sure. The last mission got me killed a couple times in my Igazra, 20 CF's are nasty things ot run into. I bought an afterburner, ran away as soon as I jumped in, and strung them out. Actually, I had a Miranu gunship as an escort, until EV:O decided to be weird and make all of my escorts just disappear, into thin air. I landed on a planet (they were all there), took off again, and poof nothing left. And then I buitl 'em back up, and poof again! Geez! Ah well, yeah, I thought the Zachit stirngs was neat. The Zachit Aradas are the coolest Aradas, in my opinion, cuz of their paint jobs and pursuit missiles, and their fighters are crazy, too! So I could just run from the CF's and take those out, and when I got back, at least one CW would be gone! It's great!
Yeah, but Sniff EV:O never gave me the Agrializilian shield generator!
I found this really weird bug, too. When my escorts run into the Blaze Cannon virus, they vanish!

Ah right.. yep, that Attack the Rock is a mean mission all right! I remember having trouble in an Igazra too - even though you should never have trouble in an Igazra :). The best way to do it is very unlikely - you have to hold off doing the UE missions until you own an Igazra, and then get the cloaking device on it.. it helps a whole lot in that sort of mission :).
Huh, you're right! Nevere thought about the cloaking thing. Ah well, I finished it okay anyway. Besides, I think the cloaking device sucks, and I never use it. It is actually on my Igazra now, but there's not much use for it when the only thing that can kill you is about 20 fighters hitting you at once! I love my Igazra!
Hehe, good call - just don't go saying it in public ;). I hope you're making good use of the Plasma Siphon.. it is the only weapon you need if you stay in UE space actually, and I mean primary and secondary! And of course it's a 0 mass fuel scoop - but wait, there's still more :).
Eh, I always thought Igazra shooting the Plasma Cycle looked a little...odd.
Then again, I don't like Azadra's either...

It's not so odd with an Igazra firing Plasma Siphon. The odd one is when you play Zidagar and Igadzra, and end up with an Igazra firing Phased Beam :).
