Could you give us a little more to go on? I've beat the game a couple of times, but don't remember a "broomstick". Is it part of a quest you've been given, or did you hear about it somewhere...or what?

I think someone sarcastically (well, I hope they were being sarcastic) referred to one when someone asked how to get to Witch Finger. If that's the one you mean, it was a joke.
