It has been uploaded.
Also, it IS compressed. I made sure it was first compressed w/Compact Pro. It does not say "PersonsOfTheEVOWebboard.cpt.bin," but it will download, hopefully. I used the same programs (Compact Pro and BinHex) to compress "Reign of the UE" v.1.2 and that downloaded sucessfully. It was called "ReignOfTheUEv12.Bin" and it is fine. Hopefully this will work.

Seriously though, thank you for responding. You have no idea how many plugins I've had to delete because the author didn't come here to read my posts.
As for the plugin being compressed, it might have, but its been my experience that files without a file extension at the end don't download correctly for at least 45% of the people that try, and thats just damn annoying for everyone involved. Anyway, thanks for stuffing them, I just moved them into the Addons section.
