First you have to make contact with Miranu. I think it done at Mira or some nearby system. When that string is done, decide with whom you want to ally. Aggies for speed, Izzies for nice ships (my opinion) weapons or Ziddies for ship enlargement and weapon. Voinians no idea. Are you from Churchhill, Manitoba, or Scandinavia?

How do you get missions from a mission computer? I'm a member of Universal Energy Corp., but the mission computers still don't have any missions.
