Someone please help me figure out how to get to the Perugo Forest without being totally annihalated by the Giants. I can't get over there anyother way because of the forests and trees, etc. Please Help...

Go to the Plains of Endless Wind, one square east from the tunnel entrance, and go south. Use the tunnel to go under Varandeep Lake and continue south. You will have to go 4 or 5 screens (can't remember exactly) and you will find another tunnel entrance, the North Gidolan entrance. from the screen with the entrance go one screen east, the thieves' lair is in a cave in the southeast .
It is a long and dangerous trip, but not nearly as bad as going through sea giants - and I doubt you can get to the Perugo Forest from the Gidolan Keep area, anyway, it's on the wrong side of the river.
