Where is Veltes??

Some people keep saying "Pay a visit to Veltes. Best engineers around!"
So, where is it??

Veltes is in the Azdgari system, to the galactic east. They don't sell anything special until you do the missions though. (They start at South Tip Station.)

To Blackdog:

I have been to South Tip Station MANY times sinse I discovered it two days ago.
When do the missions start?? I have an ULTIMATE battle rating, and my legal status for South Tip is the one right before Good Egg.

I think you actually need a Good Egg. Also, have a fast ship, like an Arada. You'll need it for the timed missions.

No legal status is necessary. Tbe only requirements are a competent combat rating, completetion of the Miranu introductory mission, and not having done the Zidagar/Igadzra missions.
