I know I can post on the help board and have but my bearly functional judgement facilties though this would be a better place since it is somewhat EVO related.
I may have found what I need at the plug-in site that VoinianAmbassador mentioned, thanks for starting the topic by the way.

I know several people around here that have two or more accounts. Some people have five! Why not offer your spare usernames to the folks who are now unable to register? Then they'll be able to join the community properly.

I don't think it's a matter of not having enough spare usernames. I think the problem is that (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiaSW.com/Thaumaturgy/Server.html")Janus(/url), Ambrosia's faithful Two-Headed Server, is not as young as it used to be. That's also why the search function is missing.

Sure, but re-using all those alternate-name accounts that people have created might offer us a work-around. If anyone has one or more spare names that they wouldn't mind giving up, for the good of the community in these troubled times, please contact a newbie and offer them the account.
