Very nice work, jive. I used to build lego's religiously, owning up to 105 sets at one time, so I appreciate how hard it really is to build origional models like that. claps

the arada seemed more like a crecent warship to me, but everything else looked good. Tha krat was perfect.

I think the models (even the Azdara) are bigger, given the size of the LEGO bodies, but these models are quite good, especially the Emalgha Fighter. The LEGOs are especially great if you want to design a new ship for EVO: first build the LEGO model of the ship, and only then build them in 3D in your computer.

A fascinating idea... I have some involvement with rapid (and virtual) prototyping; an aid to visualisation. Lots of companies use computer models to test a concept before they spend time and money actually making something, but it never occured to me that you might want to use Lego to explore a concept before you spent time modelling it! What should we call this? Even more rapid prototyping?

Great Job!!! I used to do things like that, I made a smaller UE fighter and a small UE Carrier, they looked a bit like the real thing. But these look great!!!

What you fools fail to realize is that Construx are far superior to Legos
I myself have a rather massive Construx collection, and I still build with them. It's very fun - Construx are tough and versatile enough to build functioning weaponry! I've built bows, crossbows, catapults, dart guns, semi-automatic pistols, and gatling guns before, and I get pretty good range with most of them. Perhaps I should make a web page

Not bad. . .but I think you should try and find some better pieces, or at least paint the existing ones, just to make it a little more accurate.
