One of Rebel's covoy mates becomes annoyed with Jess's comments and raises his blaster towards Jess's head. Rebel grabs his arm and brings his crewman's weapon down to his side. "Take it easy man! We all have to listen to it, but you have to have some patience..." Rebel turns and appologizes to Jess for the scare.
You might not die of a natural death.
Jess's pleasant smile becomes slightly strained. "I'm not afraid of your little bodyguards. Don't push me."

Rebel and his crewman pull out their phase blasters from their holsters and begin returing fire on the renegades while diving for cover behind flipped tables and chairs. Rebel takes down a few before taking a hit in the shoulder from the crossfire...
rookie fries the closest renegades with his Phased Beam Flame Througher and runs over to ~Rebel~ and takes out his regenerator and regenerates his shoulder.
"Thanks rookie, I had better report to the spaceport medical bay for a look at this shoulder. I'll be back eventually..." Rebel pays for his drink with a hefty tip of 500,000 credits and leans over to whisper in Rookie's ear..."I'm gonna have to get me one of those flame throwers"
Rookie gets some droids to clean up the mess.
