where do i get the hinwar missions, ive been looking around and cant find it

First you have to do the take over Ekiup station and then go help the UE with their assault. If or once you've done these go to the new Ghamnol Station and then go to the bar and you should be able to take it from there.
but where do i go to get the mission to assault them. All i find is those missions to attack outposts.
What was the last mission you did?
Have you destroyed the Voinian Dreadnought? Have you met Anna Balashova? You have to do these missions for make the Hinwar's mission.

yeah, i did the UE Cruiser mission, and destroyed the dreadnaught, but cant find the mission, where exactly do i go?
Work with the Hinwar to take over Romit (that's a mission found in Emalgha space, I believe, after the Dreadnought) and then hang around the bar in Romit. That's where the mission string starts.

this sucks, ive been in and out of emalgha space like ten times trying to get the mission, and i never do, i have taken over all the emalgha planets, would that make a difference? anything special i need to do?

I think the mission he's referring to is the one that starts on Outpost Gamma.
