I am trying to join the Zidagar, but i can't seem to.....

I asked about joining the zidagar earlier. I was told that i needed a Noteworthy combat rating, and I needed to go to the bar on pozdag-3. Well, I went there with a Noteworthy combat rating....but no go. Nothing happened. Someone else told me I needed to have at least a Dangerous combat rating. I got to a Dangerous combat rating, went to pozdag-3, entered the bar, and nothing happened. What the hell am I doing wrong? I really want to join the zidagar.....please help me out! Thanks-

Try getting a Deadly, and just keep trying to go. It isn't a 100% chance of getting the mission, you know.

Also, if you've done any work for the other Strands, or haven't completed the first few missions with the Miranu-UE meeting, you won't get it.

Noteworthy is all you need, and it´s a 100% that you get the strand missions.
You must have worked for some of the others, since you can´t get the mission
