I've got UE Cloak. However, every time I accidently put it on and then appear again all the milita, fighters, defenders etc. etc. come to attack me. Is this a bug or a well known feature? Any help greatly appreciated,

I think they get mad because your not supposed to let anyone know (don't let that stop you of coarse) that it's there. The best way to avoid them is to stay cloaked until you are near a planet and land or go far out in space then hyperjump.

Yeap, that's the same trick I always pull when I'm doing the Rebel commando missions of EV. Cloak right when you enter the system, and right when you're ready to land, uncloak and hit "L" as quickly as you can...
