Does anyone know of a way to load or unload cargo in higher than 10 unit incriments? I seem to spend half of my time running the miser's route loading and unloading cargo.

Yes, and you can also use the option and command keys to buy 10 to 50 outfit items with each click (handy with things like javelin rockets).

And you've got it backwards. Option is 5, Command is 10, both is 50.
