has anyone else found the "star" constellation right in the north west of the galaxy? if you've found it, you'll know what i'm talking about.
by the way i am now battle grade and i still didn't get the art theft mission. probably wrong system - just my luck!!!

I think the art theft missions start in Rigel space. I got mine from northstar.
